Giovani e Lavoro

Oggi voglio parlarvi di un tema per alcuni aspetti molto controverso: i giovani ed il lavoro.

Come vi ho detto qualche settimana fa, quando ho presentato a tutti i voi questo blog (leggete qui), ciò che mi avrebbe contraddistinto sarebbe stato provare ad equilibrare quel lato (per molti oscuro) più frivolo e superficiale di tutti noi con una parte più seria e razionale che, in quanto tale, avrebbe affrontato temi di attualità e politica riempendoli di contenuti.

Una sfida, c’eravamo detti, molto impegnativa, ma che avremmo portato avanti insieme giorno dopo giorno “on the road”. Ed è proprio camminando per la strada che la vita ha tracciato per me che mi sono imbattuta in pensieri e ragionamenti che mi hanno portato a voler affrontare uno dei rapporti più complicati che ci sia.

Argomento super riciclato penserete, ampiamente già dibattuto e per cui non si riesce a trovare una giusta soluzione. C’è la crisi, cosa puoi farci tu? Sei capace di combattere la globalizzazione o di sconfiggere la povertà? No, io non ho nessuna ricetta speciale né tantomeno la bacchetta magica.

Vorrei però mettere nel calderone un nuovo ingrediente, che mai fino ad ora è stato preso in considerazione: la dignità dei giovani.

Che c’entra direte? Beh, c’entra eccome. Perché sempre più spesso noi ragazzi quando ci approcciamo al mondo del lavoro dobbiamo mettere da parte la nostra dignità. E quasi mai nessuno se ne accorge.

Già perché per la maggior parte delle persone è diventato normale che un ragazzo di trent’anni o poco meno lavori 40 ore a settimana con uno stipendio mensile di un lavoratore part-time, se tutto va bene o ancora inferiore a quello utilizzando anche la propria macchina, il proprio computer ed il proprio smartphone. Beni oramai diventati di prima necessità e che, nella migliore delle ipotesi sono stati regalati dai genitori o dagli amici o che, nella maggior parte dei casi sono stati acquistati con soldi propri, messi da parte a fatica, con tanti lavoretti occasionali.

Una cosa normale no? Giusto perché il ragazzo di cui sopra deve ritenersi anche fortunato ad avere un lavoro, vero? Beh, mi dispiace per voi ma io non sono d’accordo. E non ci sto nemmeno a farmi definire bamboccione o nullafacente.

Siamo ragazzi, giovani a cui è stata negata una vita dignitosa, possibile se non grazie alle forze e agli aiuti dei propri genitori. Siamo un esercito, silenzioso e spesso con il capo chino, che prima o poi troverà la forza di reagire e ribellarsi contro un sistema sbagliato, un sistema coperto da un alibi infallibile: “la crisi internazionale”.

Dovremmo ricordarci tutti, ogni mattina prima di alzarci dal letto che "La fabbrica fu concepita alla misura dell'uomo perché questi trovasse nel suo ordinato posto di lavoro uno strumento di riscatto e non un congegno di sofferenza" (A. Olivetti, Ai Lavoratori).

In un mondo ideale forse tutto ciò è già possibile. Nel mondo reale, invece, abbiamo ancora molta strada da percorrere in tal senso, imparando a non svilire e svuotare ciò che di più caro c’è al mondo: il futuro di ognuno di noi.

Young people and Job

Today I want to talk to you about a very controversial issue for some aspects: young people and work. As I told you a few weeks ago, when I introduced to all of you this blog (read here), what would have distinguished me would have been to try to balance that side (for many obscure) more frivolous and superficial of all of us with a more serious and rational part that , as such, would have dealt with current affairs and politics, filling them with contents.

A task, we had told, very challenging, but that we would bring it forward together day after day "on the road". And it is just walking the road that life has traced for me that I came across thoughts and thinking that led me to face one of the most complicated relationships there has been.

You will think super-recycled and widely debated topic, for which you cannot find a right solution. There is a crisis, what can you do? Are you able to fight globalization or to defeat poverty? No, I have no special recipe or magic wand.

But I would like to put a new ingredient in the cauldron, which until now has never been taken into consideration: the dignity of young people.

What does this have to do with it? Well, it has something to do with it. Because we guys, more and more often, when we approach the job’s world we must put aside our dignity. And hardly anyone notices it.

Yes, because for most people it has become normal that a 30 years old guy, or a slightly lower age, works 40 hours a week with a monthly salary of a part-time worker, if all goes well or even lower than this using also his/her own car, his/her computer and his/her smartphone. Goods now become essential and that, at best were given by parents or friends or that, in most cases were purchased with his/her own money, put aside with difficulty, with a lot of occasional jobs.

A normal thing, don’t you think? Just because the above guy must also be considered lucky to have a job, right? Well, I'm sorry for you but I do not agree. And I'm not even making me call chubby child or deadbeat.

We are guys, young people to whom a dignified life has been denied, possible if not thanks to the strength and help of our parents. We are an army, silent and often with the head bowed, that sooner or later will find the strength to react and rebel against a wrong system, a system covered by an infallible alibi: "the international crisis".

We should all remember, every morning before getting out of bed, that "the factory was designed to the extent of man to find in his orderly place of work an instrument of redemption and not a device of suffering" (A. Olivetti, Ai Lavoratori).

In an ideal world, perhaps all this is already possible. In the real world, however, we still have a long way to walk on this direction, learning to don’t degrade and empty what is dearest to the world: the future of each of us.

Beauty tips: quale mascara scegliere?

Oggi #Mollichellaontheroad vi parla di quello che, secondo lei, è il migliore alleato di ogni donna: il mascara.

Chi mi conosce bene sa che ho una specie di fissazione per le ciglia lunghe, voluminose e definite. Devo ammettere però, che Madre Natura è stata generosa con me in tal senso. Ho delle ciglia talmente lunghe e naturalmente curve che spesso, grazie all’aiuto di un buon mascara che enfatizza tali mie caratteristiche naturali ancora di più, mi viene chiesto se utilizzo delle ciglia finte.  E credetemi se vi dico che mi piacerebbe molto utilizzarle, ma quasi mai ho tempo a sufficienza per poterle applicare, soprattutto la mattina quando mi preparo di corsa per andare a lavoro.

Uno dei primi elementi a cui fare attenzione quando scegliamo il nostro mascara è l'effetto che il prodotto avrà sulle nostre ciglia. Ne esistono, infatti, di tanti tipi: volumizzante, allungante, incurvante... come capire quale tra questi valorizzerà al meglio il nostro sguardo?

UNA VITA IN RITARDO

Sono sempre stata una ritardataria che io ricordi. O meglio, a ricordarmelo ci pensavano le urla di mia madre e di mio padre che mi imploravano di muovermi e di sbrigarmi perché ogni mattina facevo tardi per andare a scuola o in qualsiasi altro momento delle mie giornate.

E così è rimasto nel tempo. Già perché ancora oggi, sono quella persona che ti fa aspettare mezz’ora prima di poter uscire di casa, che arriva sempre tardi a qualunque tipo di appuntamento, anche a quello più importante della sua vita. Sono quel tipo di persona che quando ti dice “sì, stai tranquillo sto arrivando” in realtà è appena uscita da sotto la doccia. Sono quella persona che ti dice “5 minuti e sono lì” e nel frattempo cade in uno strano buco nero dove c’è una diversa percezione temporale e quei 5 minuti possono diventare anche un’ora, nella migliore delle ipotesi. Sono quella persona che ogni mattina si sveglia prima, ma che poi finisce puntualmente per fare tardi non si sa come. Io non so cosa succede e come sia possibile. Un secondo prima sono pronta, non mi resta che infilarmi scarpe e cappotto ed uscire di casa. Potrebbe essere il mio valore aggiunto. Capita poi a volte che io sia incredibilmente pronta addirittura con qualche minuto di anticipo. Ovviamente però non posso mica uscire di casa così presto. Ho una reputazione da mantenere io. E quindi che faccio? Non mi aggiorno un po’ su ciò che è accaduto nel frattempo sui social networks? Solo un’occhiatina veloce, che ci vuole? Ed ecco che vola via almeno un quarto d’ora. Bene, sono di nuovo in ritardo. Sono rassegnata all’evidenza oramai. E vai con le solite corse, quelle che saprai sempre che faranno parte della tua vita e non ti abbandoneranno mai. Loro sì che saranno sempre al tuo fianco, puoi starne certa #Mollichellaontheroad.

Ah, sono multitasking. Non è fantastico? Non trovate? Per me lo è. E credetemi… è la verità. Noi ritardatari, infatti, crediamo davvero di poterci teletrasportare ed abbattere le distanze fisiche ed amiamo il brivido che si prova quando sai già di riuscire a prendere l’autobus o il treno per un pelo, quando hai il 99,9% di possibilità di perderlo. Non credete che in fin dei conti è bello vivere ogni giorno come se fosse un’avventura che ti fa destreggiare in una giungla di imprevisti che finiranno per farti accumulare ancora più minuti di ritardo? Non pensate che la vita delle persone cosiddette “perfettamente puntuali” sia monotona ed abitudinaria?

Quindi mi dispiace per tutti voi, ma io nel mio ritardo ci vivo bene. Ed è il caso che vi rassegniate. Sono ritardataria, probabilmente ci sono nata e sicuramente lo sarò fino alla fine dei miei giorni a meno che non venga rapita dagli alieni e non mi venga resettato il cervello. A LIFE IN LATE

I've always been a latecomer since I remember. Or rather, to remind me that, there were the screams of my mother and father who were begging me to move and hurry because every morning I was late to go to school or in any other moment of my days.

And it's still so nowadays . Yes because even now, I am the person who makes you wait half an hour before leaving her house, which always comes late to any type of appointment, even the most important of her life. I'm that kind of person who when she says "yes, do not worry I'm coming" actually just came out from under the shower. I am the person who tells you "5 minutes and I'm there" and in the meantime falls into a strange black hole where there is a different perception of time and those 5 minutes can become even an hour, at best. I'm the person who wakes up every morning earlier, but who ends up punctually to be late, I do not know how. I do not know what happens and how it is possible. A second before I'm ready, I just have to put on shoes and coat and leave my house. But then , as I look at myself for the last time in the mirror, a pair of earrings, a necklace, a belt that I have not worn for a lot of time and that would perfectly match what I'm wearing comes to my mind. And here's the matter : "Where have I ever put them? Yet I'm sure, I put them right here. But is it possible that I never find anything when I need something? "Well, after finishing my treasure hunt, I look at the clock and half an hour has gone away. In that moment I realize that I really cannot do it, it's stronger than me. I have an incredible ability to waste my time. I should add it among the soft skills of my CV. It could be my added value. It happens sometimes that I am incredibly ready even a few minutes in advance. Of course, however, I cannot leave home so soon. I have a reputation to uphold. And so, what do I do? Don’t I update a little bit myself about what happened in the meantime on the social networks? Just a quick peek, what does it take? And here it is at least a quarter of an hour away. Well, I'm late again. I am resigned to the evidence now. And let’s go with the usual rides, those that you will always know that they will be part of your life and will never leave you. They will always be by your side, you can be sure of this  #Mollichellaontheroad.

You'll be thinking... But are not you ashamed? Why do not you commit a little more? After all, you are 29 years old, do not you think it's time to grow and assume your responsibilities? How will you do when you have a family and some children that you have to take every day at school, gym, swimming pool, English lesson, music and so on? The answer is NO, I'm not ashamed .Did not you hear the good news? Latecomer people have a higher intelligence than the average, they face the unexpected events of life in a more positive and optimistic way than those who are used to living anxiously to arrive in advance. Ah, they're multitasking. How cool is that? Isn’t it? For me it is so. And believe me ... it's the truth. In fact, we really believe we can teleport and break down the physical distances and we love the thrill that we feel when we already know we can get the bus or the train by an inch, when we have 99.9% of possibility to lose it. Do not you think that in the end it is nice to live every day as if it were an adventure that makes you juggle in a jungle of unexpected events that will end up making you accumulate even more minutes of delay? Do not you think that the life of the so-called "perfectly on time" people is monotonous and habitual?

So I'm sorry for all of you, but in my delay I live too well. And so it is better that you suck yourself up. I'm latecomer, I was probably born there and I'll definitely be there until the end of my days unless I’m kidnapped by the aliens and they don’t reset my brain. And that's why I will never apologize. Because I’m ok with myself and I would never want to find myself in advance waiting for someone, maybe under the rain.

Salerno e le sue luci

Anche quest’anno la magia del Natale si è rinnovata a Salerno con le sue “luci d’artista”. Per questa dodicesima edizione la città si è riempita di milioni di luci per dare il benvenuto ai numerosi visitatori che accorrono ogni anno per lasciarsi incantare e vivere, per un giorno, come se fossero in una favola. La loro!

#Mollichellaontheroad ha iniziato un fantastico viaggio alla scoperta di una città illuminata in ogni suo piccolo angolo più remoto e recondito. Ad accoglierla ha trovato personaggi mitologici marini, creature del mare, i profumi ed i colori del Mediterraneo che si diffondevano nell’aria aiutati dal gelido vento che si alzava dal lungomare sotto gli occhi severi di un illuminatissimo e coloratissimo dio Tritone che teneva sotto controllo tutti i visitatori che lo ammiravano aiutato da tutto il suo regno sottomarino. Ma non solo. È bastato proseguire nel percorso illuminato da una volta celeste e dall’aurora boreale per accorgersi che la Villa Comunale era diventata una foresta, un'arca di Noè popolata da animali luminosi talmente realistici che sembravano prendere vita. Ad attenderla poi lungo i viali. c’erano degli alberi di limoni luminosi che l’hanno fatta piombare nelle magiche atmosfere del Mediterraneo e della Costiera Amalfitana.

Alla fine del percorso, ad aspettarla sul lungo mare la ruota panoramica ed i mercatini di Natale che ti fanno diventare una bambina curiosa e spaventata allo stesso tempo, senza smettere di farti respirare quell’atmosfera natalizia intrinseca nella città.

Salerno si è presentata così con le foreste e gli animali, la volta celeste e l'aurora boreale, il mondo delle fiabe, i mosaici con materiali riciclati, il circo e le vele, i presepi di sabbia. Tutti elementi, tipicamente natalizi, che lasciano a bocca aperta e coinvolgono il visitatore in un viaggio fantastico alla scoperta di una città ricca d'arte, storia e cultura.

Un’esperienza incantata da fare insieme alle persone che più ti stanno a cuore per poter condividere con loro questa piccola, grande magia.

Salerno and its lights

Once again this year the magic of Christmas has been renewed in Salerno with its "artist lights". For this twelfth edition the city has been filled with millions of lights to welcome the numerous visitors who come every year to be enchanted and live, for one day, as if they were in a fairy tale. Theirs!

#Mollichellaontheroad has begun a fantastic journey to the discovery of a city lit up in every little corner, even the most remote and hidden one. To welcome her she found mythological marine characters, creatures of the sea, the scents and colors of the Mediterranean that spread in the air helped by the icy wind that rose from the seafront under the severe eyes of a bright and colorful God Triton that kept under control all visitors who admired him, helped from all his submarine kingdom. But not only this. It was enough to continue on the route illuminated by a celestial vault and by the aurora borealis to realize that the Municipal Park had become a forest, an ark of Noah populated by luminous animals so realistic that they seem to come to life. Waiting for her, then, along the avenues there were luminous lemons trees that made her plunge into the magical atmosphere of the Mediterranean and the Amalfi Coast.

At the end of the route, looking for her on the seafront, the ferris wheel and Christmas markets make you feel at the same time like a curious and frightened little child, without stopping to let you breathe the Christmas atmosphere intrinsic in the city.

Salerno showed itself in this way, with forests and animals, the celestial vault and the aurora borealis, the world of fairy tales, the mosaics with recycled materials, the circus and the sails, the sand cribs. All elements, typical of Christmas, that leave you speechless and involve the visitor on a fantastic journey to discover a city rich in art, history and culture.

An enchanted experience to be done with the people you most care about so you can share with them this little, great magic.

Christmas Mood

È finalmente arrivato quel periodo dell’anno in cui le strade e le case si illuminano con tante luci e decorazioni natalizie. È un periodo magico quello del Natale, capace di infondere allegria e buon umore a chiunque, dai più piccoli ai più grandi. A me capita spesso,in questi giorni, di ritrovarmi a sorridere e ad intonare canzoncine natalizie, così, senza rendermene conto. Lo faccio da sempre, da quando ero piccola e spero di continuare a farlo nel tempo. Una cosa in particolare mi infonde tanta allegria: il tradizionale albero di Natale. Non c’è cosa più bella per me! Già perché addobbare l’albero di Natale è un’arte. È ideare, progettare, creare, realizzare. È iniziare a pensare da mesi prima (sì, io faccio così e non sono esagerata) se comprare un albero nuovo, artificiale o naturale che sia, o adattare al meglio quello che già si ha conservato in soffitta o nel garage. È scegliere le decorazioni una ad una, abbinandole al meglio. È sbrogliare il filo delle lucine colorate ed impiegare l’ora successiva a cercare di posizionarle in maniera perfetta, anche se sai già che alla fine quelle file saranno sempre e comunque un po’ casuali, nonostante tutto il tuo impegno e la tua fatica. È vedere il cuore che si riempie di felicità, orgoglio e soddisfazione quando hai finito ed attacchi la spina delle lucine nella presa e puoi finalmente ammirare la tua creazione. È perdersi a vedere quello scintillio lento o veloce misto al rosso, all’oro, all’argento, al bianco, al vetro. È una danza trionfante di colori e di pendenti. È la magia del Natale che si ripete ogni anno. Ed oggi, 08 dicembre, nel giorno dell’Immacolata Concezione siamo tutti pronti a metterci all’opera per realizzare addobbi fantastici. Ed allora via libera alla fantasia. Oro, bianco, argento, verde tiffany, rosa antico sono i colori più gettonati per addobbare questo Natale 2017. Ma anche il più tradizionale rosso resta sempre un evergreen in abbinamento a fiori e pendenti di cristallo o shabby chic.

It is finally that time of year when the streets and houses are illuminated with lots of lights and Christmas decorations. Christmas is a magical period, able to instill joy and good mood to anyone, from the youngest to the oldest one. It often happens to me, in these days, to find myself smiling and singing Christmas songs, without realizing it. I've always done it since I was a child and I hope to continue doing it over time. One thing in particular gives me a lot of joy: the traditional Christmas tree. There is nothing more beautiful for me! Yes, because decorating the Christmas tree is an art. It's designing, planning, creating, realizing. It's starting to think for months before (yes, I do this and I'm not exaggerated) whether to buy a new tree, artificial or natural, or to better adapt the one that has already been stored in the attic or in the garage. It’s choosing the decorations one by one, combining them at the best. It’s unraveling the wire and use the next hour to try to place them in a perfect way, even if you already know that in the end those strings will always be a little random, despite all your effort and your hard work. It is to see the heart that is filled with happiness, pride and satisfaction when you have finished and you attack the plug of lights into the socket and you can finally admire your creation. It is getting lost to see that slow or fast glitter mixed with red, gold, silver, white and glass. It is a triumphant dance of colors and pendants. It is the magic of Christmas that is repeated every year. And today, December 8th, on the day of the Immaculate Conception we are all ready to put ourselves to work to create fantastic home decorations. And then free way to the imagination. Gold, white, silver, tiffany green, antique rose are the most popular colors to decorate this Christmas 2017. Beauty routine: le dritte e i prodotti su cui puntare per coccolare la tua pelle anche in inverno

D'inverno, si sa, la pelle è esposta a molte più aggressioni come vento, pioggia, umidità e inquinamento. Diventa secca, squamata, arrossata.

Per ovviare al problema di un'epidermide stressata durante i mesi freddi, è necessario fare il cambio di prodotti e aggiornare la propria beauty routine con detergenti, creme e maschere adatte alla stagione più rigida.

Per la pulizia quotidiana del tuo volto, è necessario utilizzare un detergente molto più delicato e adatto al periodo. Da evitare saponi e sostanze troppo aggressive in quanto aumenterebbero la sensazione di "pelle che tira" e la renderebbero più volubile e incline ad arrossarsi.

Scegli poi una crema molto ricca e nutriente e applicala abbondantemente la mattina e la sera, prima di coricarti.
